Customers may request a return within 7 days after receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted for:

• Damaged items
• Defective products
• Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately after delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please note that products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
